Login help

To log in to MyServerWorld, there are a few details to confirm you have correct:

  1. The username you enter is the one supplied in your original welcome message and will be similar to a name such as john or webmaster.
  2. The domain you enter is like domain.com or webfusion.co.uk as an example. Do not prefix your domain with www when logging in.
  3. The password you enter is the one supplied in your original welcome message. Please note that if you have had this password changed at any point, then you must enter this new password. The password will be something like a3Df7fj3 (a non generic random generated series of characters).
  4. You MUST have cookies enabled on your web browser to be able to log in. This must be for myserverworld.com
    If you are unsure how to enable cookies, please look at the help function for your specific browser. For ease of reference the settings are as follows:

    Internet Explorer
    Tools, Internet Options, select the Privacy tab, use Edit button and then ALLOW the myserverworld.com domain. Apply these settings.
    Mozilla
    Tools, Cookie Manager and Unblock cookies for this site.
    Netscape 6+
    Tools, Cookie Manager and Unblock cookies for this site.
    Netscape 4
    Edit, Preferences, Advanced and accept all cookies.

Entering the correct information above will allow you to log in. If unsuccessful then one or more of the above may have been entered incorrectly and you may need to contact support.
